At Easy Breezy Porch Swings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your relaxation experience. If your new swing isn't the perfect fit for your porch, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the swing and pack all components, including hardware and cushions, into the original shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
